REBUILD: Postpartum Pilates for Mums & Bubs

A 6-week rehabilitation-focused Pilates program to help you rebuild from the inside out after birth.

This is not your average mums & bub’s class.

This is intentional, progressive postpartum rehabilitation — designed to help you reconnect with your core, restore strength for daily life, gain confidence in moving your body and do it all with like minded mumma’s.

Whether you birthed vaginally or via C-section, this space is for you.

Rebuild is for you if you are…

  • Returning to movement after birth, but dont know where to start.

  • Wanting an intentional way of moving your body with your bub alongside you.

  • Feeling disconnected from your body, core or pelvic floor and are curious or wanting to change that.

  • Experience weakness, tension or achy pain in from the physical loads of motherhood

  • Have tried mainstream classes but still feel lost, left behind or unsure.

  • Craving supportive movement with the peace of mind it’s serving you and your body for the season of life you are in.

What makes Rebuild different?

This is an intentional postpartum focused Pilates program, not a general pilates class. Inside the program, we focus on:

  • Progressive, structured to build great foundations for your future movement goals.

  • Supporting your body for real life (lifting, feeding, carrying tiny humans), as well as nourishing the mind.

  • Individual guidance within a small group setting.

  • A whole body approach including deep core and pelvic floor reconnection.

  • Each week builds on the last
