HEAL walks you through the first 6 weeks after your C-section, with practical tips for getting out of bed, moving, resting, scar care, compression and reconnecting with your breath, core and pelvic floor. Short, easy-to-follow lessons you can watch in order or turn to as needed. So you can feel more supported and less unsure.
Scar massage doesn’t need to be fancy, but a little intention can take you a long way. Whether you’re 6 weeks, 6 months or 16 years post C-section, MASSAGE will walk you through techniques, what to feel under your fingers and how to work your whole scar. With short lessons and follow-along routines, you’ll build confidence caring for your scar, at your own pace. You can begin once your incision is fully healed.

Massage
Scar massage doesn’t need to be fancy. A little intention goes a long way.
Maybe you’ve been told to massage your scar, but you’re still wondering where to put your hands, how much pressure to use or what you’re meant to feel?
Or maybe nobody mentioned it—and now you’re wondering whether you’ve left it too late?
This course walks you through the foundations, individual techniques and building your own routine, so you have something clear to come back to.
Your scar DOESN’T have to be new to get to know her.
What’s inside?
Before you begin: understand when your scar is ready, what to check and when to seek individual advice.
The foundations: learn about pressure, positioning and how to respond to what you feel.
Connect and Settle: begin getting comfortable with touch around your belly and scar.
Skin in Motion: watch how to move the skin in different directions and explore its movement.
What you’re feeling under your fingers: understand differences in texture and resistance, and how to adapt your approach.
Working beyond the scar line: learn how to include the surrounding lower belly and work with an overhang.
Beneath the Surface: explore deeper techniques as your comfort and readiness allow.
Individual technique demonstrations: see each technique explained before bringing them together.
Making it a habit: practical guidance on frequency and fitting scar care into a busy week.

Hi, I’m Ash.
I’m a Myotherapist, Pilates facilitator, mum of two and fellow belly birthing Mumma.
In clinic, I support women who are recovering from a C-section or getting to know a scar they’ve lived with for years. So often, they want the same thing: someone to explain what they can do and walk them through it.
That’s why I created these courses. To bring that practical support into your home, in a way you can work through at your own pace, without having to remember it off the top of your head.
You’ve already got enough to figure out, Mumma. Let me help with this part.

Yes. The course is also for women with older scars. You can learn how to get to know the area and begin scar care even if you’ve never done it before.
-
Sometimes being shown once is helpful, but remembering what to do when you get home is another story. MASSAGE gives you explanations and technique demonstrations you can return to, including guidance on pressure, what you’re feeling and working beyond the scar itself.
-
Yes—you can pause, revisit lessons and work through them at your own pace. You don’t need to complete everything in one sitting or keep up with a course schedule. PLUS there are captions for if you need to watch with sound off.
-
You’ll have lifetime access, so you can revisit the lessons and follow-along videos.
-
These courses provide general education and support. They don’t replace advice or assessment from your own healthcare provider. If you’re unsure whether something is suitable for you, seek individual guidance.
-
For some women, scar massage may help. For others, it may be one part of the picture alongside individual support, because there are several factors that contribute to a shelf or overhang.
I can’t promise a change in how your belly looks, but I can show you how to care for your scar and work with the surrounding area—including your overhang. That can be an empowering place to start and help you feel more at home in your body.
While changes in appearance aren’t guaranteed, I’ll show you how to work with your scar, surrounding belly and overhang. It can be an empowering first step towards feeling more comfortable and at home in your body.
-
You don’t need to feel comfortable with scar massage before you start—that’s part of what I’ll help you work towards. We begin with Connect and Settle, building familiarity with touch around your belly before progressing through the techniques. You can take your time.
