Every scar tells a story — one of strength, survival, and transformation. But that story doesn’t always end in comfort.
Many C-section mums are left with pain, numbness, sensitivity, or a deep disconnection from their body and scar. It might show up as tension, restriction, bloating that won’t go away, hip or tailbone pain, pelvic floor symptoms, or just a feeling that something isn’t quite right.
